At Systéme Naturel, we believe natural hair should be understood, respected and properly cared for. This is more than creating a hairstyle — it's about giving you the knowledge and confidence to understand your own hair.

I want to challenge the idea that natural hair interlocking needs extensions. If you're someone who wants to wear your hair and embrace your natural beauty, Systéme Naturel is for you. This is about educating you early on hair maintenance and the skills to care for your own locs — not just giving you a look.

Having the right clients matters more than having many clients. The right clients are the ones who want to learn, who understand this is a journey requiring time, commitment, and patience. Once you embrace that mindset, everything changes. Your natural hair becomes your confidence, not something you're trying to hide or replace.

I created Systéme Naturel after training with Sisterlocks in San Diego (2010). Since 2019, I've developed my own system with improved versions — designed to work with your own hair, not against it. Extensions fall off. Systéme Naturel grows with you and lasts if you follow the routine.

Is this for you?

This offer is for new clients starting their Systéme Naturel journey from scratch. It's for you if:

• You're 24+ and employed (or an adult)

• You want to embrace your natural hair and aren't looking for quick fixes with extensions

• You're ready to commit to a routine — regular maintenance every 6–8 weeks, plus home care

• You want to learn how to care for your own locs (not just get them installed)

• Your hair is at least 4 inches long

• You understand this is a journey requiring time, commitment, and patience — not just a 3-month thing

A few important details:

If you currently have locs or extensions installed by another method, they'll need to be removed and you'll start fresh. Systéme Naturel is a different system and works best when you begin on your natural hair.

Your hair will be assessed during the consultation. Any underlying scalp or hair health issues need to be addressed first — we want your foundation to be strong.

The actual consultation is £25, and you'll meet with Irene to go through everything, make sure it's the right fit, and decide on your pattern and installation date.
