At Systéme Naturel, we believe natural hair should be understood, respected and properly cared for. This is more than creating a hairstyle — it's about giving you the knowledge and confidence to understand your own hair.

Once you embrace that mindset, everything changes. Your natural hair becomes your confidence, not something you're trying to hide or replace.

I created Systéme Naturel after training with Sisterlocks in San Diego (2010). Since 2019, I've developed my own system with improved versions — designed to work with your own hair, not against it. Extensions fall off. Systéme Naturel grows with you and lasts if you follow the routine.

Is this for you?

This offer is for new clients starting their Systéme Naturel journey from scratch. It's for you if:

• You're 24+ and employed (or an adult)

• You want to embrace your natural hair and aren't looking for quick fixes with extensions

• You're ready to commit to a routine — regular maintenance every 6–8 weeks, plus home care

• You want to learn how to care for your own locs (not just get them installed)

• Your hair is at least 4 inches long

• You understand this is a journey requiring time, commitment, and patience — not just a 3-month thing

A few important details:

If you currently have locs or extensions installed by another method, they'll need to be removed and you'll start fresh. Systéme Naturel is a different system and works best when you begin on your natural hair.

Your hair will be assessed during the consultation. Any underlying scalp or hair health issues need to be addressed first — we want your foundation to be strong.

The actual consultation is £25, and you'll meet with Irene to go through everything, make sure it's the right fit, and decide on your pattern and installation date.

How it works

1. Book your consultation

Pay £25 at booking to secure your consultation slot.

2. Consultation (1 hour)

One-on-one with Irene.

• Hair analysis — texture, curl pattern, hair health

• Client Record Card — filled in together during your appointment

• Pattern & size decision — what suits you and what you want

• Hair prep instructions — you'll wash your hair twice over the next two weeks

• Deposit payment — at least 50% of £850 due to hold your installation date (THIS IS SEPARATE from the £25 consultation fee)

• Installation date scheduled — locked into the calendar

• Full cost breakdown — invoice with duration, date, total amount

Your deposit is non-refundable if you don't attend, so make sure the date works for you.

3. Installation

You'll have your Systéme Naturel interlocking installed — styled to your choice and pattern.

4. Four-week free check-in

Come back (no charge) to learn how to care for your new locs. Irene will show you:

• How to use the Newbie Pack (shampoo, bands, satin scarves)

• How to bunch and band before shampooing

• Daily care routine

• What to avoid while your locs are settling

5. Ongoing retightening (first 3 months)

• Months 1–3: £80 retightening (included in your £850 package)

• After month 3: Regular maintenance at £100 (every 6–8 weeks depending on your growth)

Your locs will not be mature for the first 2–3 months — that's normal. During month 2, we advise leaving them alone rather than doing lots of styling, as they can start to unravel. By month 3, your locs are developing and becoming more stable.

✗ Additional products beyond the Newbie Pack (you'll buy your own when it runs out)

✗ Protective styling or customized restyling beyond basic installation (extra charge when locs mature — your choice)

After the 3-month campaign ends:

Retightening is available at regular salon rates (£100). You'll have learned enough to manage a lot of the maintenance yourself, and you'll know exactly what routine works for your hair.
