Complimentary Consultation (First Visit)

Your consultation is a dedicated one-to-one session (approx. 1 hour) designed to assess your hair and discuss your upcoming service.

Services include:

• Cutting

• Styling & Treatments

• Technical Services & Hair Extensions

• Système Naturel / Sisterlocks™

• Artistic Braiding & Natural Hair

During your consultation we will:

• Analyse your hair texture and condition
• Review your hair care history
• Discuss your lifestyle and styling preferences
• Determine whether the service is right for you

For certain services, written preparation guidelines will be provided.
A signed client agreement may be required to secure your booking.

Appointment Terms

Please do not schedule other commitments on the day of your service.

Some services — especially Système Naturel / Sisterlocks™ and technical services — can vary in length depending on hair texture, density, and condition.

Deposit Policy
A £25 fixed deposit fee is required for any appointment.
Deposits secure your appointment and are deducted from your final balance.

All enquiries and bookings must be made via our online contact system.

Payment Terms

We accept:

• Cash
• Credit & Debit Cards
• Bank Transfer

Full terms will be discussed at your consultation and confirmed in writing via invoice/receipt.

All payments must be made according to the dates agreed in writing with IOH.

Visitors & Children

All appointments are conducted on a one-to-one basis.

We do not accept visitors during services to maintain a focused and professional environment.

Due to limited space, children who are not receiving a service cannot be accommodated. Clients are kindly asked to arrange childcare where necessary.

If services are delivered at a client’s residence, we request a suitable environment free from distractions.

General Maintenance & Preparation

Regular maintenance is essential to protect the health and longevity of your hair.

Re-tightening for Système Naturel / Sisterlocks™ and maintenance for Extensions/Weave-on typically ranges between 3–5 hours at the agreed rate.

Before Your Appointment:

• Shampoo Sisterlocks / Système Naturel the day before (unless advised otherwise)
• Separate your locks after washing to prevent tangling

If hair is unclean upon arrival, IOH reserves the right to reschedule the appointment. In this case, 50% of the session fee will be charged.

Illness Policy

If you feel unwell, please inform your Consultant/Stylist to reschedule.

If you arrive exhibiting signs of illness, your appointment will be rescheduled.

This protects both clients and staff.

Appointment Confirmation

Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email.

Failure to confirm may result in rescheduling.
