Course Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your place on any course.
Your course date will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your place and allow us to prepare materials and resources for your training.
In exceptional circumstances, deposits may be transferred to a different course date at our discretion.
Payment Terms
The remaining balance of your course fee must be paid:
• On the first day of the course, or
• 24 hours prior to theory training
Payments must be made in cleared funds.
Accepted payment methods include:
• PayPal (credit or debit card)
• Bank transfer (BACS)
• Cash
• Cheque (where agreed)
Card payments are only accepted up to 7 days before the course begins.
Non-Attendance Policy
If a student fails to attend a booked course — whether due to illness, personal circumstances, or professional commitments — this does not constitute a right to a refund, transfer, or additional tuition.
However, where possible and without obligation, we will do our best to accommodate alternative arrangements.
Students are responsible for ensuring the course they book meets their needs, including any requirements from their employer or professional body.
Course Changes or Postponement
While we aim to deliver all training as scheduled, we reserve the right to amend or cancel courses in exceptional circumstances.
If a course is postponed due to situations such as tutor illness, we will make every effort to provide a stand-in tutor to minimise disruption.
If this is not possible, a new training date will be arranged.
Course locations may occasionally change due to operational requirements. If this happens, you will be informed in advance.
Course Location & Equipment
The location of your course or workshop will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
Course fees include the use of all products and equipment required for your practical training during the course.
If you have questions about the equipment or products recommended for use after your training, please feel free to ask your tutor during the course.
Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course.
The name printed on the certificate will match the name provided on your booking form.
If a replacement certificate is required, a replacement fee will apply.

Health & Safety
Students will receive guidance regarding appropriate clothing and footwear for practical training.
Please ensure:
• Clothing is suitable for working in a professional training environment
• Footwear is closed-toe shoes
• Clothing does not display inappropriate or offensive slogans
